Because the payments via Credit cards are handeled by an intermediate it is not always possible for us to check the reason of a payment failure.
It is possible the money was transfered but not processed, we can only investigate what happened if you send us the complete details in contact form

Bank transfer payment
When the 'Description of your transaction'(reference number) is missing or wrong our fully automated system cannot allocate the payment to your account.
Click on the contact form only when your payment was made more than 7 business days ago! Also please first read the following important information:
PLEASE ALWAYS ATTACH PROOF OF PAYMENT!
To speed up the process we ask you to send screenshot or a scan of the bank statement showing the payment in question (preferably in JPG or PDF format). This enables our customer service agents to trace your payment and add the credit to your account.
Please make sure the following information is clearly visible:
- Your full name as it appears on your bank statements
- Your bank account number
- The date of the transaction
- The exact amount of the transaction
- The beneficiary name
- Transaction reference/description (if applicable)
First please check the PayPal website if the payment was processed and/or successful. If so then please send us all the datails of your payment in contact form.
If you redeemed a voucher and no credit was added to your account please send us all details in order to investigate further in contact form.
You can make a payment (buy credit) after you create an account (register). When you login you will see the 'Make a Payment' tab. This is where you can select an amount from the list and a payment method.
After that just click 'Next' and follow the steps to finish your payment. There is no monthly fee and the credit you buy will not expire. When the payment is successful you will see that the balance amount in the my account area will change. You will also get an email confirmation with all the payment details.
If you cannot see the option to pay at local bank during the purchase process, it is probably because you do not have sufficient purchase history with us.
Until then please use another payment method like credit card or paypal.
You can find the cheap rates to all destinations on the website under 'Rates'. You can get these rates and promotions by buying credit on the website when you login with your username and password.
You called our access number from your mobile- or fixed phone and then entered the phone number that you wanted to reach. Please note that the following costs can be charged for this call.
- We reccomend that you ask your mobile provider for the charge you need to pay for calling a normal fix number or use a plan with free minutes.
Depending on the selected payment method there may be additional handling charges. Most charges will be shown on screen before you buy credit. If you are based in the EU you will furthermore be charged VAT on top of the chosen payment amount.
Credit card payments are always charged in EUR unless your credit card currency is USD, GBP, CAD, NOK or SEK. In that case the card will be charged in the currency of your credit card. Please note that when the charged currency differs from your countries currency you may need to pay a surcharge for the exchange (depending on bank or payment provider).
